I offer individual sessions as well as couples sessions. The length of each session is 60 minutes.

The sessions can either take place in-person at my home office in Krtsanisi, Tbilisi or via video chat on Skype or Whatsapp.

Studies have consistently shown the most important factor for a successful therapeutic process is to develop a good relationship between client and provider.

Therapy is about feeling your feelings, processing your experiences and growing as a result. My emphasis is on providing you with the support and understanding you need. I focus on creating a safe, warm space where you can open up and process your thoughts and feelings.

Some people prefer a goal-oriented, study based therapy process with homework and clear learning. Others prefer to simply use the sessions to process whatever struggles they are dealing with at that point in time.

You can decide which method you prefer, if you want we can mix it up. The session is your time where it’s about your needs and your wants.
